Build partners with Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities
We are a build partner for both Kāinga Ora new-build projects and the Kāinga Ora retrofit programme. To date (July 2024), we’ve had the opportunity to deliver six new build properties for whānau in Lower Hutt, Wellington and have also completed more than 100 retrofit properties for whānau in the Stokes Valley, Upper and Lower Hutt, and Porirua areas in Wellington. We also retrofit properties for Kāinga Ora across Manawatū, Whanganui and now in Taranaki.

Interior upgrades for military whānau with Downer Group
Our team has completed a number of interior upgrades and redecorations of military base homes through our partnership with Spotless Facilities Services (Downer Group). This includes replacing the kitchen tops and all joinery hardware, full refurbishment of bathrooms, installation of new lighting and switches, plastering and painting throughout the properties and upgrading the plumbing for new hot water cylinders.
